My name is Donna Henderson and I'm the founder of The Self Centre.

I've been practicing as a hypnotherapist since 2004, when I gained my Diploma in Clinical Hypnosis and have used hypnosis in my own life for nearly 20 years now.

I can truly say that I love my job! It's one of the biggest passions in my life and I never stop being amazed at the changes we can make in our lives using the power we each hold within our own minds.

I live at home, near Cumbernauld, with my daughter, our horses, dogs and cats (my other passions) and there's rarely a dull moment!

As well as practicing hypnotherapy, I also practice and teach Reiki Healing to Master level.
