Although meditation and hypnosis are sometimes thought to be the same thing, they are not.
While hypnosis usually involves selective thinking and visualization, the aim of meditation is to stop thinking and enter a state of no-mind or no thoughts, leaving you with just your own stillness, presence and awareness.
Meditation like many things takes practice, and the more you put in, the more you get out as it were, with the benefits to your total health being numerous and varied.
If you are interested in joining a meditation group please contact me via phone or e-mail.
Or, alternatively, if you would prefer to have an individual consultation, you can do so by appointment.
